🔻 Personal Reflection

This song came from the quietest place in me. I wrote it not out of heartbreak, but from the slow ache of almost. Of what it feels like to love someone with your whole chest and still be unsure if that love has a place to land. It’s about feeling that person in every space you move through, even after they’re gone.

There were moments while writing this where I felt like I was trying to sketch light itself—trying to put something radiant and invisible into a shape people could feel. I guess this track is me saying: Even if we don’t get the fairytale, that doesn’t mean the love wasn’t real.

It took me a long time to accept that some love lives in liminal space. That "almost" doesn’t mean "worthless." It means "sacred and fleeting." This song is for anyone who’s ever held love quietly, hoping it might speak back.

This song came from a place I wasn’t sure I’d ever let music touch. It’s about sex, yes — but more than that, it’s about intimacy colliding with memory, and how desire can either heal or haunt. I’ve been with people who saw my body but didn’t see me, and I’ve also known the kind of connection that’s terrifying because it does.

“Inside” was born out of that collision — physical, emotional, and spiritual. It speaks to the aftermath of trauma, the ache of needing to be accepted, and the risk of letting someone in fully when parts of you still feel unsafe or unloved.

Recording this was strange at first — I had to step into that vulnerability vocally, not just lyrically. I wanted the track to breathe, to burn, and to blur — like a fever dream you remember through someone else’s scent.

This isn’t just eroticism — it’s reclamation.
