A deep dive into my life with backpain — Wirbelsäulen Blues is the sound of a spine slowly rewiring itself to a four-on-the-floor pulse.

Built entirely on the Digitakt, this is my first full track made on the machine — and somehow I kept sinking deeper into it until my back hurts

Anchored by a simple, melancholic piano chord and pushed forward by a relentless bassline, the rest of the track unfolds in hypnotic waves: weird blips, detuned ghosts, and sounds that I don’t know where they came from. Can you hear the sound my back made?

Everything loops, everything moves but my spine. Not much happens — and that’s kind of the point.
