We all know this moment, you are lying in bed with a loved one and the world stands still.

You put on some music to set the scene for rising temperatures under the sheets…

The set you put on suddenly brings you out of rhythm, but getting up to skip the track is no longer an option.

We have been scouting for the perfect Sunday morning sets for quite a while already and while "Eigentlich heissen wir Klaus" & "Mattmosphere" have been steady suppliers of them for us, we also developed the idea of asking befriended artists to record one hour of music, to which they like to stay in bed with a loved one.

It's an intimate ask, but most of them said yes.

For Cuddle Cast #35 we asked the dynamic duo @r2-t2 from Berlin to create a journey for us and they made the perfect trip into a cozy kingdom.

Cuddle Cast #35 - R2-T2

I played the first set of the evening of our last Flanieren at club In Transformation formerly known as Kapitel in my hometown Bern/Switzerland. The club will unfortunately close its doors forever. due to lack of financial support from the city of Bern. It's a sad thing and many, many memories of my last 14 years are linked to this place, where I have played a lot, listened to uncountable many Djs, made many many wonderful friends. The owners of the club are souls of gold and their wish for diversity, in every sense, was always present. Their love and passion for music outside of the mainstream is indefinite and I discovered a lot through them, just because they made it possible. Thank You Diego, Mali, Dino for all the work you put into this now sadly lost treasure.

As I mainly play ambient sets nowadays, I did not want to put me under the pressure of finding all new sounds just for one night. But as I have thousands of songs in my library, I picked some I played a lot and some I never played but love a lot. Of course, the list of favourite tracks is multiple times larger than it could be for a set of one and a half hour.. 🙃

Flanieren Finissage Set

Welcome to this new RISE Breathwork journey which I created to help you slow down, reconnect, and rest into the deep stillness within ourselves. These sessions are dedicated to shift your state of being so you can rise to your full potential!

In the noise of daily life, it’s easy to forget that beneath the surface, there is always a calm, peaceful presence waiting for us. This session is designed to guide you back to that inner space the space between.

It is my mission is to make transformation accessible and help you integrate breathwork in to your day to day life. This is a reminder to all of us that peace is never outside, but always available within. In this practice, you’ll move through cycles of conscious connected breathing (activation) and retentions (relaxation), carried by one of my all-time favorite tracks: Azul. 

What to expect in this session:
• 15-minute guided breathwork journey
• Three cycles designed to connect you to stillness and peace
• Soundscape featuring Azul 
• A practice for calming the mind and connecting to yourself
• Accessible to all levels — no prior experience required

Wearing headphones is highly recommended — they help you stay in your own bubble and fully immerse without outside distractions.

You can do this session sitting or lying down in a comfortable, undisturbed space.

Breathwork Instructions

This is a connected breath practice — no pause between inhale and exhale.
• Inhale: Belly & chest expand
• Exhale: Belly & chest fall
• Breathing in: Mouth (more powerful) or nose (gentler)
• Breathing out: Mouth
• Each cycle includes dynamic breathing followed by two retentions (~45 sec after exhale, then ~45 sec after inhale).
• You may feel tingling, changes in temperature, or mild muscle tension — these are normal effects of breathwork.
• If overwhelmed, return to gentle breathing in and out through the nose (focus on prolonging your exhale).
• Always listen to your body and never force anything.

⚠ Important Contraindications

If you have a history of psychosis or epileptic seizures, this practice is not for you.

If you are currently pregnant, please listen closely to your body. Only participate if it feels right for you — and do not perform or hold any of the breath retentions.

If in doubt, consult your physician.
