Auch, wenn es auf den ersten Blick vielleicht nicht offensichtlich ist, war Trance Bajan Ks Tor in die Welt der elektronischen Musik. Was er sich daraus bewahrte, war eine Liebe für melodische und sphärische Breaks – und eine drückende Kick direkt danach.

Beheimatet im Rhein-Neckar-Delta, rief er im Mannheimer Club 'Das Zimmer' die Eventreihe Bajan K & Friends' ins Leben und schaffte es, neben Club- und Festivalbookings zwischen Köln und Freiburg mit seinem WEVIEW-Labelbuddy Dominik Krammer einen Track auf ERROR Records zu releasen.

Dem Ruf der Immersion Podcast-Reihe folgend, nahm er ein Set auf, das seinen trance-affinen Anfängen Tribut zollt, aber fest in seinem aktuellen dunkleren und treibenden Techno-Sound verankert ist und uns schon wieder sehnsüchtig nach der verbotenen Tanzfläche schielen lässt.

While it may not be apparent at first glance, Trance is what got Bajan K into electroinic music. What has stayed with him throughout his creative journey is a love for melodic and spherical breaks – and a kick right into the face afterwards.

As a Rhein-Neckar native, he has hosted a series of events in Mannheim's 'Das Zimmer' and has been playing in more venues and at more festivals between Cologne and Freiburg than he cares to remember. In addition he released a collaboration with his WEVIEW label mate Dominik Krammer on ERROR records.

Answering Immersion's call for action, he has contributed a nod to his past firmly rooted in his current darker, driving sound. It's a melancholic hard hitter shrouding its edges with celestial atmospheres and keeping a eye on the forbidden dancefloor.

🥁 Drum roll, please! 🥁

SCHERING started to play the drums from a young age. Unlike many kids, he stuck with the drums and played in various bands. Playing on samba parades, the experience of many people partying to the same music and feeling the same beat started to fascinate him. What also attracted his fascination early on were the flashing lights, colorful buttons and the vibrating floor, whenever he came near a DJ. So, he played not with cars or dolls, but pretended to be at the disco in his children's room. But soon that was no longer enough. SCHERING has a doer mentality, he taught himself how to DJ and rented a club, to fill directly with people. Since then, he has become an absolute professional, making people rave all over Germany and beyond. His passion for techno and his skills as a drummer are combined to a unique experience for the ears and eyes. His straight rhythms, that are drummed in live, got SCHERING the nickname „human drum machine“. Rolling sublines inspired by his city of choice Berlin, diverse sounds, and a liberating summer night feeling are guaranteed.
