SPOKEN074 - Locus Error 

We asked a good friend and great DJ, Locus Error, to make a mix for this week's episode. 

She has already won over many listeners with her funky, uplifting techno and bouncing basslines. She demonstrates this through her residencies on Planet Rose, Open Source Radio, and her own event and record label BALANS. Her performances demonstrate a love of music that began when she was an 8-year-old cellist at a music school in Belgium. This mix is a fantastic fusion of several alternative genres. She described it as sound-filled music.

SPOKEN074 - Locus Error

Yax is a techno DJ from Adelaide, Australia drawing influence from the likes of artists such as DVS1, Jeff Mills, and Setaoc Mass. His style is continuously evolving through extensive digging for deep, groovy, hypnotic, and minimal techno, as he takes inspiration from the 90s and early 00s era, while still adding a modern twist to his sets. Yax also curates a weekly podcast series called Yax Invites, which began in 2021 with the aim of showcasing talent from around the world with an emphasis on extended techno mixes. Hekato to DJ-ka obecna na scenie od 2019 roku. Jako współzałożycielka kolektywu oraz prężnie rozwijającej się wytwórni Całość, zdobyła uznanie jako jeden z najbardziej rozpoznawalnych talentów w Polsce. Dzięki serii znakomitych występów w kraju stała się częstym gościem w Berlinie. Odwiedziła tak renomowane miejsca jak Anomalie, About Blank czy legendarny Tresor.

Hekato jest związana z muzyką i sztuką od dzieciństwa. Już jako dziecko uczyła się śpiewu i tańca ludowego, a także interesowała się malarstwem. Pochodzi z Rybnika, jednak obecnie mieszka we Wrocławiu, gdzie rozwija swoją karierę muzyczną.
Początkowo zafascynowana deep techno, w miarę upływu czasu, zaczęła skłaniać się w stronę szybszych brzmień, wplatając w swoje sety nawet trance'owe akcenty. Jej występy są pozbawione kompromisów, a jakość i oryginalność są dla niej priorytetem. 
Mimo swojej mocnej osobowości na scenie, Hekato jest introwertyczną duszą, która wyraża swoje emocje poprzez muzykę, jednocześnie zabierając słuchaczy w głęboką podróż dźwiękową.
