Since the JFK files are now unsealed (Which I have known who did it for a long time. I wanted to share my first track I made about a year and half ago to honor his courage to sacrifice to the truth and righteousness of our nation. I would send this speech out to my network about once a year  in my early 20's and have the full speech memorized. Thank you JFK for giving a good world one last chance.

“Who Am I?” A fundamental question taught in meditation around the world and i was taught by a teacher a few years ago as the name “Sohan Namaha” which means “I am awareness”

 i’ve since added to the method by Following the “who am i” question and repeating one of favorite mantras for meditation….the Hong-Sau technique…. This happens by breathing in and silently sayin “hong” then when we breathe out we silently say “Zau.” Repeatedly. This translates to you constantly saying “i am it, it is me, i am it, it is me” and THAT is what we truly are… One. There is no such separation. Everything and nothing. What a gift it is to be conscious in the sacred now! Happy day!

As an example, let’s say in this life others see me as a good friend. The truth is, that does not define me. I am not “good Friend”, I am the awareness recognizing that I enjoy playing the role as a good friend often times in life… which works in other instances like when you fail at something. That does not make you a failure. Really, You are just the witness of your human self trying to accomplish something and for that whatever reason, not working out! When our minds try to trick us to think we are something we are or are not just smile back at it and say “oh is that so” and let it pass. Then remember you are way more than that. Be sure to give yourself compassion in this life as a teenie human trying to remember we are eternal and so so much more than just a human. And give gratitude to the universe/higher-designer for allowing it/you to experience it/you as yourself/itself.
