Pre-Talk to Non-Contemplative Meditation™

No one likes to feel anxious, but the discomfort serves a good purpose. It’s a symptom of something gone wrong – that something is broken.

Drinking, eating, sex, antidepressants, smoking – these all are ways to remove the symptoms while leaving the cause totally unaddressed. Without having met and dealt with the spiritual cause of anxiety, then whatever is wrong and remains wrong.

There is a simple way out of the anxiety dilemma.

The simple fact is that everything you’ve ever been told about the Ego, everything you have read or heard from psychologists, spiritual pundits, religious clerics, and university professors has been wrong.

#002 What is 'Ego?'

This is the full version of Non-Contemplative Meditation™. It can be used immediately or after you’ve first sampled the 12 Minute introduction. This version works exactly the same as the introduction but is more thorough.  It’s also longer and should be taken in small doses––typically just 10 or 15 minutes at a time is all that is needed, twice a day at the times detailed in the directions. The Pre-talk and Post-talk will still apply. 

Caution is advised. This isn’t a toy. Non-Contemplative Meditation is a simple but powerful spiritual apparatus, delivering powerful results. It is not something to be dabbled in or abused. Before going forward please be sure this is the path you wish to take.

There’s no coursework, no workbooks, nothing to learn or to join. There are no donations to send, no sermons or seminars to attend. No human effort is required from you at all to receive the benefit except to practice Non-Contemplative Meditation exactly as described and nothing more.
