Every artist hits a point where polish starts to feel like a cage. In Constant Evolution is Madd Rod’s way of breaking out.

His third studio album follows Sad Behaviour (Discotexas, 2023), a record that marked his transition toward something rougher, freer, and more emotionally charged. This time, Madd Rod takes that instinct to its logical conclusion: imperfection and rawness not as failure, but as a way to keep it real.

Across thirteen tracks, In Constant Evolution drifts between EBM, Electro, Indie Dance, and Krautrock with unfiltered emotion. The warmth of analog gear, the hum of room noise, and the occasional slip of timing are all left in as part of the texture: a quiet protest against overproduction packaged as an album that sounds lived-in.

As founder of Inner Shah Recordings, Madd Rod isn’t chasing perfection. He’s documenting the process of becoming. In an industry that sells the illusion of resolution, In Constant Evolution is a reminder that the cracks are where the light gets in.

FUSE09 - Matti Turunen (Morphology)

The 9th edition of our FUSE series comes courtesy of Matti Turunen, one half of Finnish Electro legends; Morphology. Separated from his partner in crime Michael Diekmann through lockdown, Matti took himself away from his collection of adored synthesisers and drum machines to produce this rare, vinyl only DJ set, recorded exclusively for our FUSE series. The mix consists of some absolute gems in Matti’s collection, with styles ranging from early Chicago and Detroit to sublime, futuristic electronics, some of which come from other respected, underground Finnish labels and artists. 

Devoted to Electro, Morphology have been at large for more than a decade and have made their presence known with releases on labels widely considered by those in the scene as having royal stature, such as Central Processing Unit, Cultivated Electronics, Solar One Music, FireScope, Semantica and more. Being fans of theirs for many years it was an honour for us to bring them to London to play an unforgettable live set at our 16 hour extended rave at FOLD in August 2019. This party has gone down in our history as being one of our most memorable to date and the pair slotted into the lineup perfectly, alongside Regis, Kamikaze Space Programme, DJ Skull, DJ T-1000 aka Alan Oldham, Versalife, as well as front-line Natural Selection and FOLD residents; Kodah, Annie Hall, Voicedrone, Gareth Wild, Cressida and more.

The floodlights remain unshakeably fixed on the Finnish pair’s brilliance moving into this new decade. Their next EP “Qualia” comes courtesy of Exalt Records and will be released in July 2020.

Hola amig@s ya tenemos lista la entrega número 77 de las UEMA Series. Esta vez pilota la nave, Kristina.  Esta Dj lleva más de 20 años repartiendo ritmos por toda España. Comenzó bajo el apodo de Missy Karma donde el Electro, Drum and Bass y Breaks eran su seña de identidad, para seguir ampliando su repertorio hacia sonidos más cercanos al House y al Techno más sofisticado. 
Desde 2015, Kristina, dirige su propio sello, Amsafe Traxx, enfocado al Techno. Además, es productora, y ha editado sus trabajos en sellos como Runemark, Anemone Recordings, NNY Records, Seven Villas, Analog Solutions o Funadamental Records. Uno de sus últimos proyectos fue la formación del dúo Alphacom (junto a Eduardo De La Calle), donde da rienda suelta a su faceta más Electro con un sonido de claras referencias Detroitianas.
Sus sesiones son una muestra de todo su bagaje, curiosidad y entusiasmo por la música electrónica y ha hecho bailar a gente en salas como Moog, Macarena Club, Be Cool o Apolo, y por un gran número de países.
Para nosotros es todo un privilegio contar con Kristina en nuestra serie de podcast y poder compartir con vosotr@s este set donde Techno, House y Electro con distintos matices se abrazan con total naturalidad.

For longer than 15 years Mule Driver has practiced a tradition of recording and releasing Music dedicated to the TB-303 and the TR-808 - on the specific dates March 3rd and August 8th.

This year the 303 day releases comes with an extra 7" limited edition lathe cut with 2 funky Acid-Electro tracks packed with greasy TB-303 bass lines.
