Ghosts and Monsters vient affirmer la personnalité unique de Science for Lunatics avec -entre les peurs du passé et celles du futur- l’expression des malaises qui forment aussi la détermination -des uns, des autres, de tous à balayer ces non-sens devenus assez nombreux pour fixer les solitudes. Si la voix et les textes de l’album sont portés par un cri du coeur, sa musique adopte la hauteur et les rythmes nécessaires à un ralliement sans détour.

Imagine yourself at a music event, having a good time with your friends when suddenly you are drawn by the very compelling riffs of the band’s first song and you are instantly thrown in a musical world where energy meets precision, creativity meets reality and delicate meets agression.  Science for Lunatics is entrancing, unique and offers a compelling performance with unwavering energy. The band offers an original alternative rock soundtrack with a blend of punk and metal influences, the whole dilivered with great technical skills, strong lyrics and authentic melodies. 

The project was brought to life in 2013. During the first years,  the band records itself at the Lunatics Studio and launch the label Virus Signature Records. In november 2015, the group releases their first E.P. «Blank Slate».

To this day, Science for Lunatics continues to amaze the fans with their many realisations and their contagious on-scene energy. In 2015, they were crowned winners of Montreal’s Planetrox and they were  also finalists at the Montreal Omnium du Rock 2015-2016. The band also stood out at many shows and festivals including Touskirock, Rockfest pour la Santé Mentale and Envol et Macadam where they shared the stage with bands like Rise Against, Millencolin, The Damn Truth, We are Monroe and Vilain Pingouin.

Science for Lunatics is having a great year so far with a new album and a videoclip on the way along with many performances to come at local venues and music festivals.
