Innocence

With the occasion of the re-release of his original score for the theatrical play "Zyklon", Manos Milonakis finds himself in Kópavogur, Iceland and together with violinist Björk Óskarsdóttir they record an outdoor live version of the "La Forza del Destino", based on the original theme by Giuseppe Verdi.

Single to be included in "Zyklon" OST, coming out later in 2023.

Alene is the brand new single born from the 4-hands collaboration between Fabio Brignone and Luca Longobardi. Alene is the danish word for 'alone' but it also means 'unique’. The track represents the process we went through to build a new routine during this period of isolation. It is also a hymn to react, to find the strength to face the situation and take the best of us to reinvent our lives.

I recorded this song a week after the lockdown started last March. I almost couldn't resist to release it straight away to soothe everyone's senses as I felt then that the world was in need of some quiet beauty. However the world still exists nowadays AND I found the patience to wait so I can release this song into the rainy darkening days of September. Which is perfect as it is definitely a night song with nocturnal vibes.
