Science Vs Nature is an electronic band that thrives in DJ friendly venues in a wide variety of environments such as deep clubs, and hand-in-the-air festivals. Drawing from 15 years of working together as producers, SVN has taken their production skills live, controlling each and every sound: not records, not stems, but individual sounds! And with them at their fingertips, audiences have found that just by their attendance they influence the sounds being heard.

This was recording LIVE in NYC, on September 2, 2015. Comprised of 13 original songs written by Science Vs Nature, one can hear influences of techno, trance, house, breaks, and sub-genres of each of those. 

Hard to classify, but easy to relate to, SVN is paving a foundation for other artists to explore the future of electronic dance.

Science Vs Nature (SVN) is an electronic duo based out of NYC specializing in live performances of electronic music. On the side, SVN remixes and produces other artists, as well as create their own tracks for release on their label, Expedition Recordings.

Together since 2000, Kiley Thompson and Christian Aydt have been pushing the edge of live electronica. Originally performing with 5 (count 'em . . . FIVE!!) Yamaha 01Vs and TWO Akai MPC3000s, they now utilize 2 Mac Pros, Logic, Maschine, multiple controllers, and a mind bending system built from the ground up.
