เราจะเรียนจนเราได้สัมมาทิฏฐิมา

สัมมาทิฏฐิ คือ 
มีความรู้ความเห็นที่ถูกต้อง
เรื่องหลักๆ มีอยู่ ๒ เรื่อง
ที่จริงก็เรื่องเดียวกัน
คือ เรื่องเหตุกับผล
ในเหตุกับผลนี่ มี ๒ ส่วน
ส่วนหนึ่งที่เป็นโลกียธรรม
ส่วนหนึ่งที่เป็นโลกุตรธรรม
เรื่องเหล่านี้ คือเรื่องของสัมมาทิฏฐิ

สัมมาทิฏฐิสอนเราให้รู้ว่า
สิ่งทั้งหลายเกิดจากเหตุ
มีขึ้นมาเพราะมีเหตุ
พอเหตุดับ สิ่งนั้นก็ดับไป
ใครได้สัมมาทิฏฐิตรงนี้
ก็เป็นพระโสดาบัน

สัมมาทิฏฐิเบื้องต้นเลยคือ 
สิ่งทั้งหลายเกิดจากเหตุ
ถ้าเหตุดับ สิ่งนั้นก็ดับ"

การทำกรรมฐานนะ ที่ยากที่สุด 
คือการเตรียมจิตให้พร้อมที่จะเจริญปัญญา
ต้องฝึกจิตก่อนที่จะก้าวไปสู่การเจริญปัญญา
จิตที่จะไปเดินปัญญาได้ 
เป็นจิตที่เป็นมหากุศลจิต ประกอบด้วยปัญญา 
มีความพร้อมที่จะเดินปัญญา
เกิดขึ้นมาเองโดยอัตโนมัติ
ฉะนั้น ไม่ใช่จิตที่เราจะทำขึ้นมาได้ตามใจชอบ

จุดสำคัญที่เราจะฝึกจิตให้พร้อม
สำหรับการเจริญปัญญา ก็คือต้องรู้เท่าทันจิต
อารมณ์กรรมฐานเป็นแค่เครื่องสังเกตจิต
ให้รู้ทันว่าจิตไปอยู่ที่ไหนแล้ว
ใช้กรรมฐานอะไรก็ได้ แล้วก็สังเกตที่จิต

คนที่ไม่ปฏิบัตินะ 
เดี๋ยวจิตก็วิ่งไปดู  เดี๋ยวก็วิ่งไปฟัง
เดี๋ยววิ่งไปดมกลิ่น เดี๋ยววิ่งไปรู้รส
เดี๋ยววิ่งไปรู้สัมผัสทางร่างกาย
เดี๋ยววิ่งไปรู้เรื่องราวที่คิดทางใจ
คนทั่วไปเป็นอย่างนั้น
 
ส่วนนักปฏิบัติ ก็ทำแบบเดียวกันนะ 
ใช้ชีวิตปกติอย่างนี้
แต่เราต่างกับคนที่ไม่ปฏิบัติ ก็คือ
จิตเคลื่อนไปทางตา เรารู้ทันว่าจิตไปทางตา
คนทั่วไป จิตไปทางตาไม่เคยรู้เลย
จิตจะหนีไปอยู่ในโลกของความคิดก็ไม่เคยรู้เลย

เรารู้บ่อย ๆ ​
รู้แล้วเราจะได้อะไร
ทันทีที่รู้ว่าจิตไหลไป 
จิตก็จะเลิกไหลโดยที่เราไม่เจตนาให้เลิก
เห็นไหม? 
เราจะต้องฝึกจิตให้เป็นผู้รู้โดยที่ไม่ได้จงใจ 
ไม่ได้เจตนาที่จะเป็นผู้รู้ มันเป็นผู้รู้ขึ้นมาเอง
ถึงจะเป็นจิตที่เป็นกุศล มีกำลังแก่กล้า
