หลวงพ่อไปกราบหลวงปู่ดุลย์ครั้งแรก ๖ กุมภาพันธ์ปี ๒๕๒๕ - ๓๐ ปีพอดี
นึกถึงหลวงปู่ แล้วเหมือนหลวงปู่มาอยู่ด้วย
วันนี้จะเทศน์ธรรมะของหลวงปู่ให้ฟัง

หลวงปู่ดูลย์นั้น เป็นครูบาอาจารย์ที่อัศจรรย์มาก
ท่านสร้างบารมีมาทางจะเป็นพระปัจเจกพุทธเจ้า 
เพราะฉะนั้น บารมีมากกว่าคนที่มุ่งเป็นสาวกปกติ
แต่เพราะว่ามุ่งไปทางพระปัจเจก ท่านเลยมีข้อจำกัดในการเทศน์
ท่านสอน - พูดภาษาไทยไม่ค่อยได้
คำสอนของท่านจะสั้น ๆ ประโยคหนึ่ง สองประโยค
ให้ท่านมาขึ้นธรรมาสน์เทศน์ ท่านไม่ทำ
เวลาเจอท่าน ท่านไม่ค่อยพูดอะไร นาน ๆ พูดคำเดียว พูดประโยคหนึ่ง
แต่สิ่งที่ท่านสอนนั้น อัศจรรย์มาก
คนไหนทำตามที่ท่านสอน ก็จะเจริญอย่างรวดเร็ว
เวลาท่านสอน ท่านจะสอนเฉพาะตัว
อย่างเราเข้าไปกราบ เราไปขอกรรมฐาน 
ท่านไม่สอน ท่านจะนั่งเงียบไปเลย ชั่วโมง ครึ่งชั่วโมง 
พอท่านออกจากสมาธิ ท่านก็จะสอนให้ 
ประโยค สองประโยคเท่านั้น 
แต่ละคนไม่เหมือนกัน 

เพราะฉะนั้น ถ้าจะไปถามว่า หลวงปู่ดูลย์สอนอะไร
ไปถามลูกศิษย์ทีละคน ตอบไม่เหมือนกัน
ตรงที่ท่านสอนมาไม่เหมือนกัน 
ไม่มีใครรวบรวมเอาไว้ได้หมดด้วย ว่าท่านสอนใครยังไงบ้าง 
ที่ไปรวมเป็นหนังสือขึ้นมา ในประวัติท่านอะไรต่ออะไรนั้น
ก็ไปให้ลูกศิษย์คนหนึ่ง สองคนเขียนเท่านั้นเอง
หลวงพ่อไปดู ๆ ก็ไม่ใช่อย่างที่ท่านสอนเรา
หลวงพ่อคลุกคลีอยู่กับลูกศิษย์ท่านเยอะ 
รู้จักครูบาอาจารย์รุ่นรอง ๆ จากท่าน ที่เป็นลูกศิษย์ท่านหลายองค์
รวมทั้งพระหนุ่ม เณรน้อยที่อยู่กับท่าน
เวลาไปก็ไปคุยกัน ว่าหลวงปู่สอนอะไร ๆ 
สุดท้ายแล้ว พบอย่างหนึ่งว่า
หลวงปู่สอนธรรมะครอบคลุมทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ
แต่ท่านสอนแต่ละคนนั้น เท่าที่จะทำได้ ไม่เหมือนกันหรอก

a study of gentle and lilting arpeggiation, through repetition and subtle variation. Working with this material, I was drawn to treating it with delicate care and an intuitive sense of humanity. The kindness and patience of others toward their art became a stimulus for my approach in this music.
