This song is so Heartwarming and timeless...

I wrote this song about that point in my life when I was close enough to see change on the horizon, but still had a few more miles to go. That “Sober – 7 miles” sign is a a lesson. I could feel freedom just up ahead, but I still had to dig deep and keep pushing.

It’s about the fight to leave behind addiction, bad choices, and the weight of my past. It’s about that burning hope you feel when you realize you’re not the same person you used to be—and you’re never going back. This song is for anyone who’s still on their way to their own version of “sober.” You’re closer than you think.
