The maintenance and repairs aren't very thorough, owns a few properties in the borough. Says he has a mate on the council, together they form one big huge asshall.
If you owe him a few quid it's not a packet, if he sees you in town he''ll grab you and rip your jacket.
Eviction Order : He wants us all out, some of us are sitting tennants and have been here for 7 years : We have rights.
When he feels his house is over run, he'll come round and give it the Big One.
Threatening the use of legal forces, and other horses for courses :
Looks towards you with a grimace, says his mates will drop you in the harbor at Plymouth.
We posted a legal squat notice to the front door, and barricaded it from the inside.
That was in the 1990's now in 2015 it's even easier for landlords to run badly maintenanced houses, that are poorly facilitated.

Homeless and Boneless was named as it was written at around the time that one of the Ug Sisters became simultaneously homeless and single. It was written as a rather wistful and melodic guitar piece with the guitar responding to the call of the bass in the opening section. The only lyrics that were ever written for this were "Look at the dream we made" and the song was never performed in public.

These recordings of  instrumentals – or Ugstrumentals – by The Ug Brothers were made at Graham’s flat in Fore Street, Exeter, above the Real McCoy Arcade during the late winter of 1994/5. They are most of the set of The Ug Brothers, including various pieces that were never performed live due to having had no lyrics written for them.

There are no vocals as Natalie was not there on the occasions that these Ugstrumentals were recorded. The idea was to have something to listen to and work on with a view to creating lyrics, and also as a karaoke tape for Natalie to sing along to when practising. Few further lyrics were forthcoming as things turned out. These Ugstrumental pieces still sound wonderful and full of interesting musical ideas. The concept of Ugstrumental pieces such as these was later developed by the Flicker project.
