Julien Hess & SANDHAUS - Midnight Paradise

An innate tendency to inspire chemistry between virtuosos of ancient Greek folk instruments and a keen ear for making music with both the reveller and thinker in mind has ensured Valeron a beacon-like status on the Mykonos electronic music scene both as a DJ and producer. Valeron explores a new musical lexicon with "Aminta", leaning towards afro-house with deep vocals, melodic flutes and a range of synths. AWEN’s first artist album was an intro to her beautiful musical world. Mixing, afro, downtempo and electronica, it introduced us to a blend of momentful songs, in collaboration with a handful of artists. 

Now it’s time to bring these tracks to the dancefloor, with a series of remixes. This first remix EP, includes revamps by Dodi Palese, Monkey Safari and Yamil. 

Dodi, the Innervisions affiliate, uses Assumptions to make sure 2022’s Melodic House uses vocals the right way, while Monkey Safari use their distinct deep mellow beats to make Unstoppable festival-friendly. Last but definitely not least, Yamil is back on Madorasindahouse, with a signature organic remix of last year’s AWEN x Liva K collab, In Your Eyes.
