Wer das erste Mal "The Lakes" von @grizzlybirdsong hört wird vielleicht nicht nicht sofort verstehen, dass das hier ein Cover dessen ist. Als wir den Song das erste Mal gemeinsam auf einer Fahrt nach Leipzig hörten wussten wir sofort: in dieser spannenden Komposition steckt etwas, das wir ganz eigen für uns nutzen können. Die verträumten Melodien schossen im Proberaum plötzlich in den vermutlich härtesten Song, den wir jemals aufgenommen haben. 'The Lakes' ist jetzt laut, live, rough und mit Refrain. Wir hatten soo viel Spaß bei den Aufnahmen mit  dem SoundUnlimited Studio und Tom Göbel. Fettes Cheers an die 2!
