I wrote this tune in 2004 in my basement apartment on 20th street in Manhattan for the rock band FIN.
The original acoustic demo is somewhere, and of course, way cooler to my ears.  Lyrically, I am touching on A.I., although at the time, I can't say for certain that I knew wtf I was talking about.  I also talk about Crepe Suzette.

Under Cloud

I missed the exit again.  
The common way across the ocean floor, but I've 
always had the feel.

Missed Exit

Stay awake 'til dawn. Turn around, get lost.
Pay a price, there's no cost.  Live a life that's false.
Time to stop the clocks, love the things we mock.
Stick around, but don't talk.  Close your eyes and watch.
