For this remix I used Reason's Subtractor for the sub, rewiring it through Ableton. I also used reason drum samples for the intro and over the chorus altering them with "Synchronus" to get variations of rhythm & tone. The main bass part in the chorus's was also created in reason using its "Thor Polysonic Synthesizer" as the synth, I also ran it through the "Synchronus" and used its comb filter. It was messing with the comb filter that I achieved some wild dubstep screeches. 

For the orchestral samples during the verse I used "Action Strikes" by Native Instruments, sequencing all the them, and also editing the audio a bit to achieve the exact rhythm I set out for. There was a bit of slide guitar I played and threw as well . Hope you all enjoy! 


Breathing Underwater-Hollywood Principle (Scott Posada Remix)

This is one of three songs I created for my final School project. I used many reason synths as well as synths from Massive & FM8 that were created from scratch. Also, taking various samples that I recorded for example what sound like birds in the bridge section was a recording of me scratching an umbrella and pitching it up. 

The drums in were all sequenced as well, nothing was done live. The sound was achieved by multiple layers of battery and damage...all Native Instrument plugins. 

EPD Final Project

For this track, it all happened when I was searching for Acapella versions of songs to do a remix and stumbled on this song. I sliced the last little bit of the song, about 10 seconds, in which was only vocals. All the sounds I created/sound designed myself. This remix was intended for a sound design practice which why as the song goes on there are sounds going off left and right. I created the basses using massive and distorting them a bit with "Trash" by Izotope. Drums were all from battery (by Native Instruments) and all sequenced.
