with mental health issues soaring and for real and obvious reasons, it is more important than ever to find the calm inside you. to slow down and find yourself.

the world around us is to be marveled and adored so if like me you sometimes have a hard time seeing that, it's time to slow down and get some creek time.

it was so bad for me Infact that i moved to the Creek. Roberts Creek BC. Home to forests and oceans, big skies and lots of rain. 

on a personal level I have always lived with a great sadness. At 18 years old I volunteered with the local crisis center. I'm not sure why, or why so young but I was trained to help those in crisis over the phone.

I dedicated this song to the crisis center of BC and the young lady that I couldn't help.
