This audiovisual artwork celebrates the beauty of mathematics. Making use of a stereographic projection, visual entities are beamed onto a sphere. Here they wiggle and wander around, until they glow away - only to be reborn again. Their dance is accompanied by a tune that is partly played on the piano, partly generated interactively with a genetic algorithm. The latter works by generating random sounds, which are selected by the artist, then recombined and mutated into a new generation of sounds. This goes on until sounds emerge that please the artist. May it too please you.
