Another track for the "Do You Remember" category.....

For the record I absolutely can't stand the song "Celebration". I have heard it (and played it) way too many times for me to ever find anything worthwhile in it. Not that my feelings for what may be their biggest hit has anything to do with my latest mix...but I'm just glad I got that off my chest....

Anywho back in 1981 Kool and the Gang released the album "Something Special", which included 2 pretty popular songs: "Get Down On It" and "Steppin Out". Well this song was also on that album and I enjoyed it as much as either of the others. There was never a real remix of the song available back then so I had to play the LP version...which was far from friendly. So here is the mix I wish I had.

Its not the most popular song by them and more than a few people are going to scratch their heads when they see this post, but the song is pretty sweet and this is a pretty decent mix if I say so myself :)

Extended the song over 2 minutes, gave it the required Intro/Outro, tempo corrected and of course the usual suspects of enhancements. Hopefully there will be some Love for this track from you guys....
