This is the last remaining track  from the gig I did with Van Morrison.  FIfe Aid, June '88 outside St Andrews in Scotland. After only 2 days rehearsal with a band I'd assembled the week before, we went on and did an unannounced bill-topping hour-long set. The band line-up, which included the cream of Edinburgh's music scene at the time included: Mark Forshaw (Hue & Cry) on drums, Neil & Graham Weir (tpt; tbn) from OMD; Liz MacEwan (bv's); Nick Robertson (alto sax); Colin Blakely (whistle) from The Waterboys and me (guitar) along with Neil Drinkwater (pno); Clive Culbertson (bass) and June Boyce (bv's) from Van's regular band.
