Yet another song that's a long time in the making. If you pay attention to my channel you would've heard the preview/WIP I put out of this track. It's come a long way since then, and I'm super proud of the result! I hope you love this track as much as I, and many others do!

The inspiration for this track was set on getting a club up and moving. There's a slow start, representing a time when the mane 6 get to the club a little early, and they're all still sober chatting. Then comes the build, where suddenly they're all drinking and having fun. And then BAM! The bass drops, as do they, and the night kicks into full swing.

Classic and I put a huge amount of work into this, and I'd also like to thank Intersekt(Final Cut) for all his hard work on the vocals. While most of them were cut from this, he still tried very hard and really helped to shape the track, so thanks man.

At first it was simply a legend handed down from generation to generation: the prophecy that foretold the coming of the masked one, the one who would liberate the people of this oppressed new world from pain.

But over time, as it was passed down from the great elders to those who would follow in their footsteps, the legend spread far and wide, and local abstractions, elaborations and twists on the traditional tale were spun. Where in one valley, the masked liberator could be known for his peace, so equally in the next, he was known for his incessant fury.

And so it was in the clandestine cultures of these far flung communities that the tales of hope and wonder, fear and intrigue were sung. Finally, on the night of the ninetieth solstice since the departure of the masked wanderer, the most prominent members of the communities - shamans, wizards and knights - gathered at the holy base camp of the highest mountain in the land. Connected only through their folklore, they shared their music: their twists, abstractions and elaborations, their cultural experiences of this unifying legend. 

And on that fateful night, as the sweet music was heard, hope was restored across the land.

Left Behind (-TLM- Remix)

As much as i am not an often player, i still do enjoy free time at games when it comes to a taste for it. Not only it helps to restart the brain by doing completely opposite of what i always do, it also serves as inspiration from times to times as well, which did for the case of "XCOM: Enemy Unknown" the first time i played it few years back, which came with an excellent soundtrack from " Michael McCann " which created absolutely mindblowing atmosphere that i remember only all the way back from my childhood. It reminded us that good games with good music are still being made even today - it just takes more work to find it in the cluster of the stereotypes.

Therefore as a promo for the upcoming XCOM 2 which is soon to be here, i decided to make this cinematic piece inspired by Michael's music style.

When The Bass Drops

Here it is, my collab track with suskii~!

It was originally for halloween, but we ended up missing that deadline by a bit :/

Suskii and I both worked very hard on this track, although I feel like Suskii deserves a majority of the credit for this track. He put in a tonne of effort and it clearly shows! I worked mostly on the piano and melody parts of the songs, with a little bit of sound design, while suskii did pretty much all of the drop and a lot of the structure and sound design. So big props to him, go check him out!

The inspiration for this track is all about a spooky, scary night in ponyville, when the ghosts of changelings appear from nowhere and do some generally spooky stuff!
