"Die in Peace" is inspired by the peace Adriana Smith didn't get. Even in death they were experimenting on her body against her family's wishes. An episode straight out of the dystopian drama "Handmaid's Tale". A show about an environmental collapse that causes mass infertility. The government then forces the few remaining fertile women—called Handmaids—to bear children for the ruling class. The headline made me think and feel so deeply that I wrote about it.
