Succeeding Nikki Nair's remix from Hassan Abou Alam's track 'Ice' in October 2023, Paris-based imprint @Nehzarecords kick off the year with a collaborative debut EP from Montpellier-based producers @Gipsytrax and @pura_pura.

LA native @dannygoliger returns to Scuffed Recordings with three new percussion-led club tools on his Push n’ Pull EP. 

Produced at his studio in LA on a combination of analogue synths and drum machines alongside a digital setup, the EP’s three tracks explore a spectrum of sounds, most notably drawing on techno and bass music combined with rhythms from around the world. The EP is further influenced by LA’s warehouse scene, which Danny describes as ‘a vibrant hub of music from all over the world’, and a ‘bastion of DIY rave culture’. 

From opener ‘Calibrate’ through to the title track and closer ‘Ozzza’, Danny builds on the sound he has established on previous releases, with lilting, syncopated rhythms the order of the day, making for a release of club-ready rollers that will slip effortlessly into DJ sets.
