Hailing from London, our gifted producer, real name Jonathan Poncelet, has crafted a mesmerising collection of tracks for his debut EP. Drawing upon his years of experience and a passion for electronic beats, he presents a unique blend of breakbeat-centric, heavily influenced by ambient jungle and liquid DnB.

The EP begins the journey with "Starshine," a nostalgic dive into the mid-90s ambient jungle era. Inspired by legends like Photek and LTJ Bukem, the track captures the ethereal beauty of breakbeats and atmospheric soundscapes, making it perfect for nighttime journeys.

Next, "Wandering Round Ryman On Acid" unfolds as a laid-back exploration of downtempo rhythms. Built from a playful mix of old sample packs, this track feels like a musical adventure, akin to assembling a sonic masterpiece from disparate, colourful pieces.

In "Quality Control," Clandestine experiments with Garage rhythms, creating a track that's both a nod to the genre and a club-ready anthem. This piece showcases versatility and a knack for blending traditional elements with modern vibes.

Prolific imprint Scuffed Recordings make their first foray into vinyl with a quartet of signature tracks from their back catalogue that have been already causing damage on the dancefloor. 
Detroit oddball Marshall Applewhite (@marshall-applewhite) opens proceedings with “Destroy The Silence”, a frenzied mass of stripped down electro-percussion that does exactly what its title says. Japanese producer Naco (@naco) counters this energy with his gritty slow building tech-house mutation, OIZB. On the flip, Glances’ (@glancesmusic) Bulwark combines ethereal vocals with glitchy, pulsating percussion and Chungo (@chungobristol) closes out the release with the tribal, UK techno channeling roller Shuka.

Expert in trippy joints and knee-buckling bounce, OZ-based producer @reptant_the_lizard is back with a vengeance after an array of choice outings on the likes of Salt Mines, Planet Euphorique and Craigie Knowes. No warm-up lap needed, 'Phasic Reflex' may start as a tycho-esque daydream, what's bred in the bone comes out in the flesh. A pure adrenaline rush of vogue-ing 303, hi-voltage electro and intricate drum programming, this one has dancefloor ripper written all over it.

Keeping the tension up to hazardous levels, 'MS Plenty' zones out to a Detroit-style elixir of arpeggiated seesaws and pong-indebted, body-jacking pep. Charging onto the scene is London based DJ/Producer, AK Sports, with the first single off her latest EP ‘Polarize’ on Gallery Recordings. Inspired by a dystopian future, Tank Girl, is a relentless bass track that portrays that through its bass led rhythm, chilling hi-hats and airy female vocal sample. This track is accompanied by a music video that captures a video game like experience. Created by Stacie Ant, the video is inspired by old school apocalyptic films. The Polarize EP is set for release on July 3rd, 2020.

Mango is daydreaming. What could the rest of the world look like right now ? There never was as much tension and desire, craving to go back, as today. "Living the life", he thought at first while strolling in the streets of San Andres, half naked and barely sober from the night before. Then he lost it, but the music never stopped. It was there all along, waiting behind his illusions of self fulfillment. Now that he met her, he realized that it just needed to go out. Patricia was sitting at his favorite stall, eating a juicy pork leg marinated in some coriander/lime juice (and trust me, this one is a hit). It was love at first sight, and they slowly began to dance on a rhythm. Plugging all wires together, Mango started his machines to make music again... and it was not that good. However, my dear friends, never under estimate the power of love:

A1: As Patricia began to sing and turn those knobs all around, some wild ghetto-ish breaks appeared, served with powerfull neck-breaking moves, damn those pork leg Tacos were good!
A2: Roaring sub and liquid jungly-breaks, UK inspiration fo shizzle, wow finally, it bangs! What a duo innit?!
B1: Mango & Patricia are in total symbiosis. Flipping into something more 90's electro and retro sound now, adding just a touch of amen break over it.
B2: Exploring their dark side together on a bassy-snaky and quite introspective ballad to finish. They are definitely at their best, and this my friends, is the power of love.

Thanks to the team they have met, started to making music together, became friends and produced this EP ! A great story, isn't it ?"
