I have been a huge Eric Johnson fan since I first heard him play. I have always loved his song Trademark, so I spent some time to learn and record it. This is my band recording it live in my home studio as a three piece, with a few minor guitar parts added later. I am playing my 1962 Strat direct into the Scuffham Amps.

Mark Lettieri is a really big influence and after hearing his thoughts on composing and hearing a lot of his tunes, I wanted to try to write a tune to try my funk out.

This track is dedicated to and written for my wife, Jan. We've been together since the early eighties. I am so lucky to have found her!

The intro section draws inspiration from Carson Brock & Eric Johnson. 

S-Gear by https://www.scuffhamamps.com/ was used for the guitar tones. This track and Zenland, https://soundcloud.com/david-wayne-hardy/zenland-hybrid-version will be used by Scuffham Amps to demo there software at the German Guitar Summit this September. 

Damage, Scarbee Bass, Zebra 2, Rapture, Padshop and VB3 were the plugins used for the backing track. The guitars for this project were 2 Fender Stratocasters and a Fender Japanese Telecaster.
