A Tokyo-based artist whose songwriting is influenced by Detroit techno, Chicago house, minimalism, and UK house, he will launch his own label, chatty chatty mutants, in 2020 and release his first single. In 2021, he will launch the Japanese agency label Snapout with yama, tomio, Takashi Himeoka, and Hisashi, with plans to release a single by the end of the year. In addition, he will be participating in a compilation single for his ally Ryokei's new label "How High?" and is also planning to release a second self-labeled single.

With a career spanning more than 30 years, he has gained the trust of not only party freaks but also his peers for his solid technique backed by experience and unique worldview. As an artist, he has released a number of songs under the name of Co-Fusion and Atom with Heigo Tani, and released his first solo album "Final Resolution" in 2008 and "ONE" in 2009. Fluida’s music combines a rich palette of acoustic acoustic sounds with solid electronic production, traversing between headphone moments and euphoric dance floor journeys. The result is an intimate yet club-friendly sound, capable of connecting deeply with people in the evening and at those special moments in the early hours of the morning.

Following several multicoloured ‘Spiral’ releases on Fatboy Slim’s Southern Fried Records, the pair quickly garnered diverse support from DJ’s such as Joris Voorn, Sasha, Roger Sanchez, Matthias Meyer, Lee Burridge, Tiesto, Audiofly, Kölsch & Pete Tong.

Further releases have come via Anjunadeep, Get Physical, Kindisch, Supernature, Flying Circus and Do Not Sit On The Furniture, alongside a series of vinyl-only cuts on the duo’s own imprint.

Fluida’s unique live/DJ set continues to set them apart, incorporating a live steel pan ‘hang drum’ featured on many of their tracks. This live instrument in the DJ booth offers a unique energy and an immediate connection with the audience which always draws a smile.

Licaxxx is a Tokyo based DJ, music producer, editor and radio personality.
Making her DJ debut in 2010, she mainly focuses on machine techno and house to manipulate the tension of the dance floor.  
She appeared in Boiler Room Tokyo in 2016. The video of her performance has been played about 400,000 times. Other appearances include Fuji Rock, one of the most prominent and long lasting festivals in Japan.  She has also played at European club events such as CIRCOLOCO@DC10 , and provided mixes for NTS Radio and Rince France. DJs she performed along side with include Peggy Gou, Randomer, Mall Grab, DJ House, Anthony Naples, Max Greaf and Lapalux.
Licaxxx is the organizer of ”Tokyo Community Radio”, a pirate video stream radio inspired by Gilles Peterson, where local DJs have shows regularly.  While focusing on young talent, one of the goals of TCR is to become a place of interaction between foreign talent and local DJs.

本日配信するDJ mixは2000年中盤から野外パーティーChill mountainをスタートさせ、現在はChill Mountain Rec.のレーベルオーナー、またresident artistとしても活動しているGround。
関西をベースにするも海外の幾つものFESにも毎年出演し多忙な日々を送る彼のDJ mixは今の日本では体験することも少なくなってきました。ぜひこの機会に彼の世界観を堪能してみてください.

Today's DJ mix is Ground, who started the outdoor party Chill mountain in the middle of 2000, and is currently the label owner and resident artist of Chill Mountain Rec.
Based in the Kansai area, he has been busy performing at several FES overseas every year, and his DJ mixes are now rare in Japan. Please take this opportunity to enjoy his world view.
