On May 26th, Sea to Sun will proudly release, “Welcome to the World”, a white-hot new single from Bangladesh born, Toronto based, trance talent Saad Ayub and acclaimed, New York singer-songwriter, Sylvia Tosun.  Sea to Sun, co-owned by Tosun, recently joined some of the most notable record labels in electronic music, on the Black Hole label roster and selected “Welcome To The World” as the anthem to mark this achievement.

Sylvia Tosun is an artist whose career has transcended genres, captivating music lovers around the world.  She is a classically trained soprano who studied at the prestigious Juilliard School of Music in New York City, going on to top the Billboard Club Charts with tracks like “Push And Pull”, as well as releasing the seminal vocal trance anthem “An Angel’s Love” on the influential Armada Music label. She has worked with numerous big names in the field including, Aly & Fila, Alex M.O.R.P.H. and Andrew Rayel. Always combining emotive delivery with meaningful lyrics and classic songwriting, she is a star who continues to shine brightly. 

With his distinct, pulsating sound, Bengali-born trance ambassador Saad Ayub has carved out a special place for himself in the dance music community.  Inspired by the fresh sound of psychedelic and melodic trance, he is become known for masterfully combining the light and dark sides of the genre and creating a euphoric blend of music that stimulates the body and mind.  Between them, Saad and Sylvia create a true state of bliss on this new single.

Entitled “Welcome To The World” and available as a radio edit and original mix, the track soars to the heavens from the off. Sylvia’s dreamy, ethereal lyrics muse on spiritual themes and build to a big chorus drop that will get every dancefloor jumping. After an epic breakdown and spine tingling synth sequences, the beats drop once more and race through a starry night sky with fist pumping energy. Continuing to lead from the front, Sea to Sun are back with ‘Unbearable’ another essential new single, released today, 6th June, this time from the foremost pairing of Tom Noize & Shelley Harland. Hungarian born, Dubai-based, Tom Noize is one of the leading figures in the contemporary trance and main room house scene. He counts legends like Ferry Corsten, Chicane and Aly & Fila as fans of his work. His videos pick up hundreds of thousands of views and he hosted Hungary’s #1 dance radio show, interviewing stars like Armin van Buuren and Hardwell among others. Now with his own radio show ‘Noize Music Sessions’, he’s never far from the charts of sites like DMC, Billboard and Music Week and is sure to blow up even further once the world hears this stunning new single. 

‘Unbearable’ features an amazing vocal performance from Sydney-based singer Shelley Harland, an incredibly skilled artist, working across multiple genres. This talented songwriter composes acoustically on guitar but is equally at home in electronic music, collaborating with the likes of Delerium, Ferry Corsten, Morgan Page, Junkie XL and many more, since the start of her career.

Their fantastic collaboration, ‘Unbearable’ is a tender number with perfectly pained vocals from Shelley. Her delivery conveys a true feeling of romantic longing and Tom Noize’s beats and progressive synths are equally heartfelt and sombre. Working in unison the track really gets you where it hurts and is sure to be sung all over the world this summer. 

As well as an extended mix, frequent collaborators Oliver Schmitz & Micah Sherman link for a brilliant remix. Barcelona based, Oliver is a close associate of Amnesia and a talent who often tops the Beatport charts, and Micah is his regular production partner and an incredibly skilled violinist, often performing to electronic music in the clubs of Ibiza. 

Their remix is one built on a bed of punchy beats and with long tailed pads extending off to the horizon. Stuffed with real feeling and a subtly uplifting nature, it’s the sort of emotive and progressive house cut that DJs like HOSH and Maceo Plex have become known for, and the addition of Micah on live violin gives  a haunting, signature tone.

Mancera’s “Reflections II” will be released on July 14, launching an exciting new chapter in the accomplished musician’s career.  Teaming up with producers Malcolm Francis and Anton Bass, the composition’s unforgettable melodies are uplifted with a lush, dynamic hybrid of musical elements.  Ear grabbing from the start, JMancera’s whistled melody foreshadows an arrangement that is both hooky and dynamic while Mancera’s soprano saxophone resonates as a signature voice that is full of texture and sensual elegance.  The production features electronic beats that are enhanced with live timpani rolls, violin accents performed by Allison Cornell (Shania Twain, Cyndi Lauper, Joe Jackson, Paula Cole, Pat Benatar, Brandford Marsalis, etc.)  and ethereal background vocal nuances performed by chart topping electronic songstress Sylvia Tosun.  

JMancera is truly a musician of the world.  Born in Bogota, Colombia, he emerged as a musician, composer and songwriter. While growing up in Bogota, the budding artist first discovered music when his uncle taught him to whistle when he was just four years old. To this day, JMancera composes his melodies by first whistling them into his iPhone. 
 
By the time he reached high school, he was studying music formally and soon after, he was traveling the world as a session artist, band member and composer. He toured with singer Leonardo Fabio throughout Latin America as a saxophonist and flutist. Nominated for a Latin Grammy as part of the band Los Alfa Ocho, Mancera is a virtuoso player with influences from his roots in Colombia to early 60s Motown and beyond.
 
When JMancera first arrived in the United States, all he brought was his saxophone and his dreams.  After 25 years on the New York music scene, he finally recorded all of the melodies that were dancing in his head for his first full length album of music entitled “Mancera #5”, released independently in March of 2016.  The collection of songs mingle soul, pop and jazz to create a sound that defies categorization. With a fresh new production approach for 2017, JMancera’s music is poised to touch audiences around the world, sharing his love for life and musical inspiration.

Pino Benji, a collaboration of four talented producers from Finland, are quickly making a name for themselves in the trance scene. The new single, ‘Escaping Nibiru’ is a sonic journey of classic, driving trance inspired by predictions of the impending crash of the mythical planet, Nibiru, into Earth, a cataclysmic event said to be taking place on September 23rd.
