At only 20 years old, Oxford-born Nyko has already been producing music for 7 years. Starting at age 13 against the backdrop of cello, piano and guitar classes, Nyko started making music. Inspired by the likes of Daft Punk, Hot Since 82 and Justice, and more recently Tchami and Oliver Heldens, Nyko has developed his own style of raw bass-driven underground house.

Having recently signed with MTA Records, and due to play Oval Space in London in June, big things are ahead for Nyko in 2015.

I had a dream that Birmingham's one and only Low Steppa and dark bass trendsetter Taiki Nulight teamed up to collaborate on some music, it was glorious. When I woke up I thought, "This could never happen." As I checked my email that day there was not one but two songs by the innovative British producers. It's a Night Bass miracle! The two songs are a perfect union of both producers' styles. "Nu Jam" is a dark and bouncy roller with a big fat sub guiding the way, while "Nose Powder" takes us to a fist pump level of energy around a minimal but undeniably banging bassline.
