This year marks the 25th Anniversary of Tina Turner's double-platinum album, "Wildest Dreams." "Whatever You Want" was its lead single and the opening number on her 1996-97 World Tour. The song became a moderate success on the charts, reaching the top ten in Finland and Italy, and the top twenty in the Netherlands, New Zealand and Switzerland.
Taylor Dayne wrote many of her own hits, as well as Tina Turner's "Whatever You Want". With a truly distinctive vocal sound, Dayne released her own version of the song two years later, on her album, "Naked Without You." Her version was remixed by Soul Solution and was a hit in the clubs, peaking at number 6 on the US Billboard dance chart.
In 2021, #NVU Music brings these two powerful voices together in a pulsing dance version that can truly celebrate both talents' "Wildest Dreams."
