Today's episode is with the most incredible/selfless woman on the planet and the one who I wouldn't be here without, in a way she's the mother of this Podcast! 

My mother, Tracy Graves, is a former corporate consultant turned Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Wellness Coach and Ayurvedic Practitioner. Her and I always have wonderful conversations and I thought it would be fun to record one of those one day and here we are. 

It's been amazing to witness her journey unfold and become the woman that she is today. She is as obsessed with learning as I am always finding new courses, books, practices, videos, you name it... to better ourselves.

EP 56: A Mother's Journey of Healing and Getting Back to Herself with MY MOMMA, Tracy Graves

Direct message from the heart that came through in my meditation this morning. This one felt really good to get out.

We're all in different degrees of oscillation between our ego perception and our divine perception on the spectrum of consciousness and I know for me it's been really going back and forth highlighting the duality I've been choosing to play the game in.

In this new cycle of life on our planet as the Aquarian age comes sweeping in, our choice will become even more magnified whether we hold a vibration of love or one of fear. Each one will translate to different realities we will experience. This is beautiful because now you have choice where as before it was more unconscious programming. 

Big plans for the Podcast in 2021 as it is my intention to grow and expand more than ever in all areas of life. This is a cycle I believe strongly that will support you choosing love and doing what you love to do without any fear or limitation in your mind stopping you from doing that.

The consciousness we embody is what will manifest into the collective energy we all share on this planet! If we don't have peace within we can't have a peaceful world. The internal battle of the left vs right brain, the heart vs the reptilian brain all need to work together in wholeness.

A message of remembrance and embodiment. A message to FOLLOW YOUR PATH! Your path unfolds in the moment, it's not something to ever feel like you are without. It's an emergence of what's already in you!

My intention is this message inspires you to love who you are, accept all of who you are, and allow the beauty within you to emerge!

EP 58: 2021 Transmission- What will YOU Embody this Year?

Interviewing people who are courageously walking their path and following their heart.  I have deep, fun, and inspirational conversations with entrepreneurs, healers, speakers, musicians, artists of all kinds, visionaries, philosophers, scientists, CEO's of sustainable companies, and much more. 

These are people who are answering their soul's calling and living a life of passion and self expression. I'll also be sharing the deepest insights I've learned along the way and getting as vulnerable as I possibly can to really bring in this frequency of change.

 My intention for this podcast is to be a place of insight, inspiration, encouragement, and support for everyone who is ready to take this journey or are already on it. It's about discovering who you really are as you move through all the fears, doubts, and old limitations in order to boldly step onto your path that you came here to walk.

I believe humanity is going through an unprecedented shift in consciousness and evolution right now. This can be a very difficult time as we begin to outgrow our hermit crab shells, shed our snake skin, move from caterpillars to butterflies. We need each other to offer support, encouragement and love through this extremely tumultuous process rather than all the judgments and ridicule. We're all connected and one way or another we're all going through this together and I hope this podcast is a place for you to join in on the journey!
