Mum (bless her soul) came in mid recording, and I managed to capture the epic ongoing altercation which has always been, and always will be...

The eternal struggle between Mother, Son and Music.

Afterwards, I decided to press on (quietly of course) and record a simple cover of the brilliant song by the best post grunge band that has ever been - Violent Soho's "Jesus Stole My Girlfriend".

Then I decided to add another guitar layer - and the result is my first ever recorded attempt at playing lead... and I SUCK! 

How the hell do lead guitarists do it? ???????

Boring, unemotive cover song by a soul-less ranga.

Featuring guest vocals from the soulful buzzfly. 

Moon(ish) Song. (as covered from the 'guy falls inlove with his computer movie of the year' - Her!)

Decided to translate one last Nirvana song onto the Uke for the year. Why? Because Carrie Fisher, that's why. 

You also might be wondering why it sound so badly recorded? Because I did it with my phone voice recorder, and it has been under water numerous times before. 

Observe at 2:16 when someone messages me (yes I was too lazy to re-record and/or fix it up).

Oh Me - Ukulele Cover Of Nirvana's Unplugged classic

After being handed down an old pad, I decided to jump through the Apple ID hoops and download Garage Band. After messing around with the drum machine for a while, I found a beat that resembled an old OK GO song and so decided to build onto it from there...

And thus, this cover was given birth.

Maybe, This Time (OK GO cover)

Started off with a fully sick beat, then added a few layers of ukulele, double bass, trumpets, bassoons, clarinet, synth (every instrument this program had really) and, of course, those weird vocals. 

Mix in some lyrics written in free association - and you have yourself the weirdest song I have written to date... man.

Need Holiday

Whilst playing around with da loop pedals, I accidentally tripped it on this loop. Somehow I couldn't just delete it... I started nodding my head and humming. The ancient Nordic ancestry buried under hundreds of generations wanted to come out. In haste, I recorded my the ensuing jam on my phone.
