The story starts in 2013 where a longing to share avant-garde music culminated in the creation of the channel - an outlet intent on showcasing nothing but the most distinctive four to the floor sounds. Mia Mendi has relentlessly evolved moment to moment, both stylistically and conceptually. 

Fast-forward to present day and the name now represents an artistic duo obsessed with uniting melancholic ambience, loaded drums and modulating melodic leads. This is esoteric production beautifully sewn together with the threads of bedlam - made to move you through a string of sombre dreams.

Mia Mendi have releases on labels such as Stil Vor Talent, Lauter Unfug, and Rhetorical. With forthcoming music on Selador. The music they produce has received world-class support from the likes of Sasha, OC & Verde and Rafael Cerato. Mia Mendi have taken the Beatport charts by storm with 2 top 10 releases and 9 tracks overall in the top 100, as well as being featured in several Beatport Best New Progressive and Melodic House & Techno charts.

D-Formation has been one of the Spanish leading Dj’s and producers for more than 30 years and has toured the world delivering his music. 

After winning Spain’s DMC contest with only 17 years, in 1986, Dimas Carbajo (D-Formation real name) started his own label MD Records and later a distribution company called Resolute Distribution. 

In 2003 adopted the D-Formation alias and had innumerous hit’s and released in labels like Yoshitoshi, Suara, Toolroom, Einmusika, Stereo Productions, among many others. 

In 2004 founded BeatFreak Recordings which now is on its release number 238 and had several tracks on #1 on Melodic Techno and Progressive House sales charts. His set goes from evolving Melodic Techno textures to a more serious Progressive House groove.
