Sean Branton returns to his own Oberres Records imprint with State of Mind EP: two tracks of progressive, melodic house heavy on quality and packed full of emotional punch. 

Over the past few years, Sean Branton has released on a slew of leading labels including Hot Creations, Swerve, fryhide and W&O Street Tracks. His music is always meticulously produced and incredibly impactful, with an emphasis on gorgeous, swelling synths and patient progression, resulting in dancefloor-focussed cuts that are never anything short of breathtaking. 

After a short break from production, Sean is now back on the label he founded in 2019, Oberres Records. Both tracks on his new State of Mind EP are superb: expansive, melodic house cuts with intricate drum programming, memorable hooks and breakdowns of truly epic proportions.

Fresh off his release on HOSH's Become One compilation, Sean delivers a deep and soulful mix for our ongoing Magnetic Mix series.

Magnetic Mix 029: Sean Branton

Widely acclaimed German DJ and producer HOSH has delivered the first in a
series of various artist mix compilations, 'Become One'. The first of which was
curated for and showcased live at the iconic, clubbing mecca of Brazil, Warung
Beach Club. Aimed at drawing the crowd, venue and performer all together
forming in synergy, with an artist exploring intimate ties built with different
international venues in a way that best exhibits their sound and energy.
We begin by connecting HOSH from fryhide label boss with the first edition on
the Atlantic Coast, The iconic Warung Beach Club in Brazil. A utopia of the dance
music community known for euphoric melodic sunrises which have gifted HOSH
on many several occasions during his past decade of touring.
Each mix will feature a special set, ripe with unreleased material from a diverse
collection of artists curated for that timeless moment that will be released as
well in EP's. The Selected Series.
