Hailing from Australia and the most isolated city in the world, Perth, Sean O'Neill creates music that pushes the boundaries of what it means to be a singer-songwriter. With influences ranging from Arvo Part, Sufjan Stevens, Brian Eno and being compared to acts such as Bon Iver, Sigur Ros and Fleet Foxes.
New single ‘I’m Here’ is a unique combination of folk, experimental and modern classical music, inviting the audience into uncharted sonic environments where the listener is rewarded with new textural discoveries upon every listen.
Over the years O'Neill has supported artists such as Matt Corby, Yo La Tengo, Jack Ladder, Paul Dempsey, Dan Croll and many others.
Festival appearances include Barn on the Farm (UK), Love Supreme (UK), Perth International Arts Festival and has featured on many Communion Live club nights in London and Melbourne.
