This album marks a change in the band's artistic direction, more modern and more accomplished. The action takes place in a dystopic future where Humanity faces its choices. His corrupted mind leads him to self-destruction and to the end of society, leaving a devasted world, a world of ashes and embers where memories of it once was haunts the survivors' memories. 
Realized with Max Morton (Morton Studio who also works with JINJER), this album is more progressive, darker and powerful at the same time, like the universe of the band.

Genesis

Created in 2008, this dynamic band, mixing both Old School and modern influences like Iron Maiden, Dio, Gojira, Trivium, Kalmah or In Flames, had a new start in 2013 after many line up changes.
Since, Sekhmet travelled relentlessly France to play as much as possible, often in good company, such as No Return, T.A.N.K, AQME, Bukowski and even Nightmare.
Two home-made Eps have been recorded with the current line up and it is after some time working that the band is coming back with its first album : REMINISCENCE.
