I should really be back home with my kids and my wife
This is April's big day; today she turned five
But I'm sitting in the pub having a laugh and a joke
I go back to the bar when Josie goes for a smoke.

Josie is a girl I met when we were working on the farm
Just trying to make a living chopping down the corn
We'd be out in the fields from morning til night
And I started getting feelings that I knew weren't right.

No matter how many times I told myself this is all wrong
I fell more and more deep; the feelings grew more strong
One day I asked her out and it became a date
You know a man can get lonely working in another state.

If a girl is good company why be alone?
But if I told her I was married I know she'd be pissed
So I guess I'll keep her happy and pretend Faith does not exist.

Forever In My Heart

I have been writing lyrics since I was 15 years old and now just over 15 years later, I feel it is time to get myself 'out there'. 

I have a wide range of influences including: Bruce Springsteen, Creedence Clearwater Revival and The Waterboys.

Unfortunately because of my disabilty (Cerebral Palsy) giving me poor co-ordination in my hands, I am unable to play an instrument at a high standard. I create my songs on Garageband with a USB keyboard.

My ultimate goal is to find people to collaborate with and we create something special. Hopefully I might find them on here. :)
