He stepped out of glory

He Stepped Out Of Glory

God is awesome! His word is awesome! To let the Word of Christ dwell in us richly (Col 3:16), we can sing His word!

God’s Only Goal In Time

my senses fade
my heart palpitates 
i’ve lost track of days
it’s an endless haze
so i’m strung out in bed
always lost in my head
i fuck my mind blind 
just to pass the time 

but i guess 
this is my only sense of peace 
but i know 
the sky’s not supposed to look so blurry
it’s just that i lose myself 
in my own vices
to feel better when the nights are never ending

i’m just a set of molecules 
and isotopes 
but my minds a kaleidoscope 
of all the things that have me feeling 
low and alone 
it’s just all i know
perpetually crossed
so i don’t feel so numb and lost

but i guess 
this is my only sense of peace 
but i know 
the sky’s not supposed to look so blurry
it’s just that i lose myself 
in my own vices
to feel better when the nights are never ending

but don’t yet count me out 
i’m still here
still in this round
the bell hasn’t rung
