And it’s not just the heavyweights they’re concerned about, although there are plenty of them to go around, since the German-based label is known to keep a close ear on understated talent. The latest big find is of Boy Kiss Girl, an enigmatic producer who prefers to have his face remain hidden in the shadows in order to keep his passion for music unhinged. He’s ready to turn in his debut single for the Kitt crew, and it’s a silky-soft slice of house. The caressed crooning on the cut is bolstered by subtle drum work and a tender guitar, which he makes sing with infectious licks that will have lips pursing and hips gyrating. It became a complete package once cofounder Juliet Sikora and their go-to guy P.A.C.O. provided an added perkiness to place the piece closer to the dancefloor.
