Here's the recording of my live techno set from Saturday night at Freerotation Festival 2016. Thanks to Steevio & Suzybee, the whole crew and everyone who was there.
This is a totally improvised hardware live performance. Nothing is prepared beforehand.

Recording of 2016 Freerotation performance 'Vaga'. Using the River Wye's characteristics to narrate a reflection of humanity; where have we come from, who we were, who we are and who we may become. The cross currents relating to poly rhythms, the hidden rhythms of whitewater the time signatures. Recordings taken from a 20 mile canoe trip down the river Wye which runs close to the festival location.

2016 Freerotation Chillout Yurt set, this year the yurt has expanded, probably twice the size compared to last year, brilliant visuals were showed, many great artists hear. Only thing that could be missing is someones constant talking. Dreaming of a non chat policy for the Chillout, would make music even more overwhelming.

Labeled as KRILLSET, meaning to be DJ set not a home/studio recording.

So after much deliberation I’ve finally decided to upload the recording of my set from Freerotation this year.
I was thinking to edit out the imperfections such as record skipping, or where I had the high pass filter turned up without realising (one reason I don’t get on with Allen & Heath), but instead I’ve left it raw, as it was heard on the night, because the atmosphere was electric, saturday night, smack in the middle of this wonderful festival, the room was going off!!! This is a set I won’t ever forget playing, it’s not perfect and my levels are all over the place, but the recording perfectly captures the magical vibes circulating the dance floor that night, and the strength of this outweighs any need to worry about my mistakes, so here it is, hope you enjoy it as much as I did playing it.
