For the remix edition of their classic smash ‘Tease’, we welcome Beatfreak head honcho and all-around good guy D-Formation and label favorite Li-Polymer. 'Both remixes feature rich driving textures; as well as euphoric and moody progressive house vibes to satisfy ambient, uplifting and feel-good needs, which are the keywords for this beautiful and extraordinary release.

First up we have D-Formation who needs no introduction. The Beatfreak label boss’s maturity and musical development are in full swing, as he kicks off proceedings with a deep, hypnotic beat which is interspersed with subtle effective percussion a profound floaty grooves and indie influences, turning this one into an underground anthem with a very soul tangling appeal. Utilizing a hypnotizing groove as the basis of the remix underpinned by a staccatoed bass that gradually eases its way to the breakdown of breaks percussive elements before unleashing into a rising melodic hook intertwined with the infectious groove that fades in and out for maximum effect.

Next up we welcome back Li-Polymer who a few weeks back featured on the label with his wonderful ‘How They Shine’. Li-Polymer delivers another gem with is deep rework. His remix is interspersing with roomy glowing love, filtered stabs and stunning groove which beautifully leads into a drop full of tension and excitement, with the understated yet driving bassline powering the groove along. Li-Polymer manages to keep the energy up, allowing the driving melodic house feel to shine thru over the many layers and textures to create a beautiful soundscape to round off this classy underground crowd pleaser. Essential stuff from Li-Polymer.

Mathame refine their singular sound on ‘Skywalking’ and a collaboration with Tale Of Us, ‘Departure’.
Following 2018’s ‘Nothing Around Us’ single, Mathame show no sign of slowing down. Their Afterlife Recordings follow up is a dancefloor single of epic proportions, taking the duo further into a realm of their own. Tension hangs off the sliding chords and spacious arrangements. Welcome to the hardness level 1,000 of electronic music, welcome to the world of: Sebastian Groth. As a DJ and producer, he is an integral part of the German techno scene. As the label operator of ReWasted, one of the main addresses for hard techno worldwide, he is also one of the most influential players when it comes to the defining sound and trends of the last ten years in the field of hard techno. With a mix of uncompromising techno, his own edits and special old-school vibes, he skillfully generates his very own genre on the edge of madness by using classic hardcore and schranz elements: power techno!
It is this tendency to DJ as a true entertainer with contact to the crowd, a smile on his face and a slightly ironic attitude to his own work that characterizes Sebastian. The Westerwald (Germany) native discovered his passion for electronic music early. At the age of 14, he bought his first DJ set-up and organized his first illegal rave at the age of 16. His first own release in 2008 found its way straight to house music pioneer George Morel, who gave him the opportunity to remix his 1993 classic "Let's Groove". This first major success paved the way for a great career.
Since then, Sebastian has made himself a name as a workaholic, not only as a producer and remixer. His discography includes countless releases on some of the most important labels for hard techno and includes remixes for the who's who of the top league. So, it comes as no surprise he's received a multitude of awards for his work over the years, including the award for "Best Techno Producer".
Since his beginnings, the techno scene has changed many times, many artists have come and gone, but Sebastian has stayed, because: His heart beats 150 BPM and faster.
