Chicago house pioneer DJ Pierre is preparing to release his debut album later this year, ​but before that milestone release takes place, he's decided to reinvent and re-release one of his classic tunes 'Generate Power' and has also called upon Canadian duo Blond:ish on special remix duties too. There's no doubt the 2017 version of 'Generate Power' retains much of the special, surging 90s power and vibes, but with on Blond:ish's self-proclaimed "less diva" rework, the anthem finds a slower, impactful reinvention at the hands of the duo. 
The 2017 rendition of 'Generate Power' will be released with Blond:ish's remix on Get Physical on August 11.

UNITI is the London DJ collective pushing inclusivity and safe spaces within the club music community. They’re set to release their debut compilation album, ‘Reclaiming The Void’ later this month, with original music from Bonaventure, Born In Flamez, DEBIT, Ganx, Englesia, Estoc, Terribilis and more. Today we’re premiering the first track off the album, titled ‘One Eye Blind’. It’s a tight Born in Flamez production, all breathy, soul-baring vocals and jarring, industrial noise.
