@ajshes: You realize that if you are a waitress you have a couple options, such as going up to your' hostess and asking to switch tables with someone or asking the manager to handle the situation for you.  Also if you're going to a place with a waitress, you don't pay until your meal is over.  Waitress don't have to put up with the shit of rude customers especially since most rude customers won't even leave a tip which waitresses need to live.

And even if it did end up being a "hoax call" someone is telling you a person has been shot, it's your job to help them. You'd think he'd get his ass in gear and focus. That kid is dead, probably because of him. I bet if he had done his job and sent a ambulance the teen would still be alive.

If this so called dispatched doesn't care about human life why the fuck did he even get into firefighting in the first place?? This is just so fucking disturbing....

This is very important: If you are ever in an emergency and are on 911, and someone's life is on the line, DO NOT SWEAR. They WILL hang up you, no matter how serious the call is. Don't let something like this happen again - you can't swear on 911, or the call is over.
