Sonor Music Editions is honored to announce the reissue of the very rare LP “Aquarium Sounds” by Italian composer Filippo Trecca. Originally released in 1979 as a promo-only item, “Aquarium Sounds” is a hybrid collection of tracks; some were used as the soundtrack to the thriller TV series “Così Per Gioco” (1979), directed by Leonardo Cortese; others from the talk show “Acquario” (1978-1979) hosted by Italian journalist and writer Maurizio Costanzo. The album also includes “Elena Tip” which features playful vocals by a young Ilona Staller (aka Cicciolina).

Released on limited edition of 500 copies only.

Project Gemini’s critically acclaimed second album 'Colours & Light' gets a fresh deluxe edition release, containing a brand-new, unreleased original track from the album recording session, alongside two new versions of tracks that featured on the original LP. Not stopping there, Project Gemini aka Paul Osborne has hand-picked a selection of remixers to reimagine tracks from 'Colours & Light’. 

Hailed as a "Kaleidoscopic psych-funk opus” by Uncut Magazine, 'Colours & Light' brought together the worlds of folk rock, psych soundtracks and hazy cinematic funk, in a signature style that Project Gemini is becoming revered for. Its relatable themes were plagued and fed by insomnia, nourished by relationships, entwined in emotions, nights out, nights in and the after-effects on the human condition. Yet these were seen through a soundscape that took in many different cultures and scenes. From acid folk to psych-funk, Francophile elements to Anatolian and Eastern inspirations, all interlocking and rotating as one.
 
For this deluxe edition, Paul includes ‘Darkness Rising’ a wah-wah guitar fuzzed, sonic fusion of synths, percussion and bass heavy, psychedelic brilliance, recorded during the original album sessions but previously unreleased.

UC005 is music for sideways times when down is up and up is down. “Golden Round Circus” and “I Couldn’t Fool Around No More” are spiritual kin to Michael Wynn Band’s “Black Night” and Straight Shooter’s “Frame of Mind.” Chugging, cosmic AOR by heads for heads. “Golden Round Circus” elevates the mind with hypnotic synth and “I Couldn’t Fool Around No More” soars on open drum breaks, guitar solos and multitracked harmonies.

Nobody knows what’s really going down with the mysterious Viking known as The Keeper (@allmightykeeper). Here’s what we know: The Keeper is Swedish, has some previous work in Nemas Problemas on Fasaan Recordings, and an upcoming release on Passport to Paradise. While we’ve been sworn to reveal no more information, The Keeper is more than welcome to the Universal Cave family.
