Approaching its 20th year, Anjunadeep has become “one of dance music’s ultimate tastemaker labels” (Billboard). Known for breaking global artists like Ben Böhmer, Lane 8, Tinlicker and Dusky, the label has a reputation as “an A&R hotbed” (Resident Advisor).

Now, the label launches its new imprint titled ‘Anjunadeep Explorations’ this July. ’The ‘Explorations’ imprint is an evolution of the much-loved Various Artist EP series of the same name, which spanned 25 editions between 2016-2023 on Anjunadeep. Responsible for bringing through now-mainstay acts to the label such as Ben Böhmer, CRi, Luttrell, Rezident and Simon Doty, the series has also featured underground talents like Theo Kottis, Sam Goku and Gacha Bakradze. The label will focus on unearthing the next generation of electronic music talent, as well as introducing established acts to the Anjuna roster.

Anjunadeep Explorations celebrates its one-year anniversary with the release of Anjunadeep Explorations Vol. 1, the first instalment in a new annual compilation series.

Launched in July 2024, Anjunadeep’s newest imprint has quickly established itself as a home for boundary-pushing sounds across the deep and melodic spectrum, from progressive house and breakbeat to deep house and electronica. In the label’s first year, nearly 40 artists have released music ranging from exciting newcomers to seasoned industry names.

Maty Owl, Parallel Voices, Klangsberg, and LAR have all returned for follow-up EPs, while artists such as Chris Luno, Quivver, MXV, and IPeiqi trace their beginnings to Anjunadeep’s original 25-part Explorations VA series, which helped launch the careers of artists like Ben Böhmer, Rezident and CRi. Making their first Anjunadeep appearances of any sort, we had the likes of Keanler Reiny, Mike Griego, artemis orion, and Mike Rish join us. Anjunadeep Explorations has firmly made its mark through editorial support in DJ Mag, Mixmag, and Decoded, a SiriusXM Chill takeover, two vinyl samplers, and a debut label showcase at London’s 93 Feet East in April 2025.

Thank you to all the artists who’ve helped shape our first year, and to the listeners who’ve been part of the journey.

Kadhim has made his mark as a melodic house and techno producer with several successful releases of late. His debut EP, ‘Cold Reflections’, released on SHÈN Recordings, reached number one in Beatport’s Afro House Releases. He also released ‘Guitarra’ on SHÈN's Next Gen VA as well as launching his own label, Kinetic, with the debut track ‘Threads of Gold’.

Kadhim and GOUX have collaborated on many tracks, with their first release earlier in 2025, Threads of Gold, appearing on Kadhim’s label, Kinetic which garnered support from industry heavyweighs such as Adriatique, Themba and Jody Wisternoff. They're now releasing their next collaboration on SHÈN Recordings, 'Chasing Echoes'.

Colorize presents the Colorscapes Volume Seven – Sampler, offering a first look into the latest chapter of the label’s beloved compilation series.
Showcasing three standout productions from TIAEM feat. Phoebe Tsen, Rhea Silvia, and Tiefstone, these tracks first premiered on Colorscapes Volume Seven, mixed by melodic visionaries Estiva and PRAANA. Half of Margot and founder of Margot Records, since the mid 1990s Sebra Cruz trains as "resident dj" to the Italian Romagna coast clubs under the alias Pepe dj. 

His music does not follow a genre but has a well-defined style.
You can find yourself in the center of a dancefloor just like in an ambient or experimental situation and in both cases, although very different, you can clearly feel his personality.
Sebra Cruz project has released tracks for Life And Death, Habitat, Ellum, Bolina Records, Future Disco, Explorations, collaborations with dj Tennis and Elasi, remixes for Diplo, Catz N' Dogz, Ricky Montanari, Joseph Ashworth, Coyote, LP Giobbi, Paolo Martini and his debut album out in April 2023 on Life And Death.
