This PG-13 audio file includes an intermediate level induction (probably not best for beginning hypnosis subjects), wind-up doll play, erotic pleasure cues, and an awakener back to a normal state, with an option for post-hypnotic self-triggering.

This is my standard hypnotic induction. It will help take the listener into a nice, relaxing hypnotic trance state. While there, the listener is given a "sleep" trigger that they can choose to use or ignore.
