In advance of his forthcoming “Endgame” Mini-LP on Seclusiasis, @WARSNARE releases the first single with the Mass version of “Children with Feet of Giants,” in all digital shops Monday August 11th.

An epic five and a half minute journey, “Children with Feet of Giants (Mass)” is the type of song that will slay dancefloors and vibe out headphone listeners! Taking influence from UK Garage, tribal percussion and modern production sensibilities to forge a powerful sound that is all his own, “Children with Feet of Giants (Mass)” is sure to create a lot of followers and set the pace for what’s to come on the “Endgame” Mini-LP in early Fall.

WARSNARE emerges from the creative melting pot that is London’s New Cross, carving out a unique sound from the remains of pop culture. Having produced soundtracks for award-winning short films and AV installations, as well as an arsenal of releases on Shades (Eris EP), Future Followers (with Bottle Collector) and Seclusiasis (Brutalist EP) WARSNARE, produces music thats impossible to pin down and infectious to listen to.

An unabashed blurring of the cinematic and the downright woozy, his work combines shards of disembodied R&B, footwork, House, Old School, Garage and whatever else takes his fancy. WARSNARE has remixed the likes of The Twilight Sad, Fybe:one and Breton, and Affelaye.

With releases for Digital Soundboy, Love & Other and This Ain’t Bristol under his belt (the latter reaching #1 on the Beatport chart) and more as his drum and bass alias Kindred, not to mention celebrated production work for the likes of Little Simz and Meridian Dan, Jakwob might just be one of the most prolific producers in the UK. Now he’s back with something a little different: a brand new EP for Twin Turbo, the all-digital all-banger offshoot of Tiga’s Turbo Recordings. ‘Feel So Good’ is set for release on 1st July 2016, mastered by none other than Turbo stalwart and Bavaria’s finest Zombie Nation.

‘Feel So Good’ is a pneumatic stomper with irresistible synth flourishes and skittering hi hats that sees Jakwob crash head first into full-on peak time dancefloor territory. You can see why the track blew up at Miami this year having been handed to a select handful of DJs, and why Jakwob aka James Jacob can count Diplo, Todd Edwards, Skrillex, Busy P, Sinden, Claude Von Stroke and Justin Martin amongst his growing number of fans.

The EP also sees Jakwob revisit his recent collaboration with enigmatic London beatmaker HiFe on the rolling ‘Excuse Me’, with the pair having previously worked together on ‘People Walk’ for Love & Other. Icy, atmospheric banger ‘Skup’ and an extended acid remix from Dutch newcomer and Turbo’s newest signing TRACE7000 completes the four-track package.

Speaking about the release, Turbo don Tiga commented, “Feel So Good has been one of the biggest tracks for me over the past few months, and the TRACE7000 is actually my favorite record of the moment. Vintage Turbo party bombs.”

Back in May, budding producer Majora dished out his "Rio" single on Service to rapturous response. Backing the original were remixes from Killjoy, Tony Quattro, Hagan and percussion savant Roska. We can only assume Majora and the RKS boss hit it off because Majora's back with another single, this time for Roska's label. Urge / Lint Roller is the release in question (due Aug. 5) and although Roska hasn't had any input on this one, the fact he signed the tracks to his label speaks volumes. "Lint Roller" alone should be more than enough reason to sign a release like this. Chugging along with some light, popping percussion, "Lint Roller" brings in an encroaching, all-consuming bass line and a not-quite-decipherable vocal sample that could drive you slightly mad. You could imagine this track blasting through the club doors as you enter to shout at no one in particular "What is this choon?" while it methodically pummels your chest.
