Pendulum - (Original Mix) [DL Link in Description]

I started this in 2017. I spent countless hours on it but it never felt right.

So about a month ago I finally decided to let go. I kept the first two minutes which I had always liked, and I wrote a simple ending and scrapped the rest.

This song has followed me through a lot, and now it finally feels complete. It means a lot to me, and I hope it can mean a little to you as well.

Welp, first song with FL. It's not perfect - there's some wrong chords in one part, and maybe some of the wobs at the second drop aren't quite what I had in mind. But it's quite fitting considering the title of the song :3

I've wanted to remix a DXEyes song for well over a year, but I never did get around to actually finishing one until now.

I must say though, I'm glad I put in the effort, because I'm quite happy with how this turned out. :)

As usual, I made purely with LMMS, with the only external things being drum samples and a piano soundfont. I did adjust some of the timing of the vocals in FL, and Bob helped me by processing the vocals for me (see below). I also made a fake double track vocal in FL using Newtone.
